Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), reverse engineering of platform code and any form of match-fixing are strictly prohibited and may be referred to relevant authorities. 888hj cooperates fully with law-enforcement investigations.
888hj is not liable for losses arising from internet outages, device failures, third-party service interruptions or user error during live gameplay. Gambling involves risk of financial loss. To register and maintain an Account on 888hj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use. 888hj conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.
Each person may hold only one Account on 888hj. Registering, operating or benefiting from more than one Account is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, email, device or payment method used. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and balances will be forfeited.
You must at all times be acting solely on your own behalf. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party, accepting funds from a third party for wagering purposes, or wagering on behalf of another person are all prohibited activities.
All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate, complete and current. You must notify 888hj promptly of any change to your registered details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information may result in immediate Account suspension and legal referral.
You must not be currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on 888hj or on any other gambling platform where your exclusion may extend to this operator. If you are subject to an active self-exclusion order, you must not attempt to register or re-register an Account.
Registering an Account requires submission of personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred contact number. This information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account. All activity that occurs under your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 888hj support immediately via live chat or email. 888hj may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation to prevent further unauthorised access.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA provides an additional layer of security for login and withdrawal requests.
All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Available payment methods are confirmed in the live cashier at time of transaction and may vary. Payment methods referenced on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment references only. No referenced payment provider endorses or supports gambling services.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the cashier at the time of transaction. 888hj reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it is received from an unverified payment source. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. 888hj applies AML (Anti-Money Laundering) controls and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in funds being held pending investigation. 888hj will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required.
Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted (e.g., BTC, USDT), the operator's published minimum amounts, accepted blockchain networks and conversion rates apply. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible — users must verify wallet addresses carefully before sending funds. 888hj is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
888hj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term prevails for that promotion only.
All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, qualifying game types and time window are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× requirement must result in PKR 30,000 of qualifying wagers before any withdrawal is available.
While a bonus is active, a maximum per-round or per-spin stake applies (typically PKR 500 or as specified in the promotion terms). Exceeding this limit, even unintentionally, may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Set your stake carefully before each session.
Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses expire at the end of the period specified in the promotion terms (typically 7–30 days from activation). Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are forfeited. Real money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion between accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit wagering requirements, and manipulation of promotional systems — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, potential suspension of the Account and recovery of any improperly obtained winnings.
Advice: Always read the full terms of any specific promotion before claiming. Wagering requirements, maximum cashout caps, sticky vs non-sticky bonus type and game contribution rates all materially affect the real value of any offer.
All bets and game sessions on 888hj are governed by the rules published for each specific game or market. By placing a bet or initiating a game session, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.
Sports Betting: Odds for cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other markets are set by the operator or its sports data providers. 888hj reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published erroneously due to technical error. In-play bets are accepted subject to available live data; bets placed during data outages or technical interruptions may be voided at the operator's discretion.
Casino & Slots: RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published on game pages where available and are theoretical long-run averages — not guaranteed per-session returns. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer mechanics, depending on the game type. Payout Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or payout calculation, the transaction log held by 888hj's system is the definitive record. Users may raise a dispute within 14 days of the relevant transaction by contacting support.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 888hj. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, proceeds of crime or any other fraudulent financial activity. This includes using the deposit and withdrawal functions to cycle funds through the Platform without genuine gaming activity.
Registering more than one Account, using false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting altered or falsified documents during KYC.
Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros or any automated system to place bets, interact with games or exploit the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
Colluding with other users, platform employees or third parties to gain an unfair advantage. Placing bets on events where you have material inside information about the outcome, or where the outcome has been unlawfully influenced.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, copy or exploit any part of the Platform's software, algorithms or game code. Exploiting known or unknown technical errors, glitches or software bugs to obtain winnings or credits not intended to be available.
All content on the 888hj platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, layout, software and game assets — is the property of 888hj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 888hj.
The 888hj brand name and logo are trademarks of the operator. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited.

Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, further play is paused until the period resets.

888hj reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Breach of these Terms or any specific promotional terms; engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the request of the Account holder via self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
On account closure: Where closure results from a breach by the User, 888hj reserves the right to forfeit outstanding balances. Where closure is at the User's request (or is due to inactivity after a reasonable notice period), verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the registered payment method following successful KYC completion. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon closure in all circumstances.
Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts, as published in the current fee schedule. Users will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888hj, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from or in connection with:
Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform; interruptions, delays or errors in platform service due to internet outages, server maintenance, cyberattacks or third-party technical failures; losses resulting from betting decisions made by you; losses arising from inaccurate or delayed odds data; or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
888hj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your device and network meet reasonable security standards before accessing the Platform.
Risk Warning: Gambling involves risk of financial loss. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. The house edge means the operator has a statistical advantage over all users in the long run. No strategy, system or prediction method eliminates this mathematical reality.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888hj holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in the User's home country provides otherwise.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
